  • Description:
  • Anton Parr's MCR model rheometer using EC motor technology (brushless DC motor) and bearing air, including a normal force sensor to minimize friction, is capable of performing a variety of rotational and oscillating tests. Existence of various temperature control systems such as convection furnace (CTD40) with the ability to control and provide temperature from the environment up to 450 degrees Celsius and Peltier (thermoelectric) systems with the ability to control and provide negative temperature without the need for liquid nitrogen up to -30 degrees Celsius in cylindrical containers. (C-PTD) and -40°C in flat containers (P-PTD) and a wide range of measuring systems such as concentric cylinders, two parallel plates and plate cones, the possibility of performing various tests on food, polymer, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and It provides hygiene, ceramic slurry, paint and resin and petroleum fluids to the user. Using comprehensive software to study material flow behavior and drawing flow curve and viscosity parameters according to shear rate, temperature scan curve, time scan curve, strain scan curve, frequency scan curve, storage modulus curve and loss modulus curve, complex modulus, complex viscosity and other linear viscoelastic properties as a function of frequency and generally checking linear viscoelastic properties and non-linear viscoelastic properties, relaxation time distribution function curve with the ability to transfer data to different formats is one of the key features of this device. Being equipped with the automatic recognition system of measuring systems and accessories (Tool master) and the possibility of quick and easy change of measuring systems is one of the unique features of this device.
  • Central laboratory rheometer services:

1- Drawing the flow curve and studying the flow behavior of materials (melt and solution)

2- frequency sweep curve of storage modulus, loss modulus, complex modulus, complex viscosity, loss viscosity and other linear viscoelastic properties as a function of frequency

3- Temperature scan curve - Time scan curve

4- Strain sweep curve

5- Creep curve and stress depreciation

6- curve of the distribution function of relaxation time

7- Hysteresis curve

8- Checking the temperature and time of gelation

9- Investigation of interfacial rheology
